"Eating Right" Doesn't Mean Your Food Can't Taste Good!

The holiday season is upon us, and for most, that means a few pounds to shed come January. We all love our holiday treats, but we've got a few tips to help you enjoy the busy holiday season while keeping your slim and trim figure.
#1: Don't Eat Treats Every Day
Go ahead and enjoy your Grandma's home made peanut clusters or your mom's scrumptious frosted cookies! Really! Go ahead and enjoy them! Just don't do it every day with every meal. Try to practice the 80/20 principle. Eat foods that are good for you 80% of the time and indulge in your treats just occasionally.
#2: Keep Your Lunches Lighter Than Usual
Try to eat healthy at lunch time. Try something like a delicious salad instead of that burger and fries. We're famous for our awesome burgers, but Tucker's offers a variety of fantastic salads, too!
